i appreciated the good size room. it featured a desk and provided good wifi, practical for work. the hosts offered useful sightseeing recommendations. i found the kitchen and fridge very convenient.
the room had a slight smell, possibly related to plumbing, but it was manageable.

The location offered easy access to the city center (which is always a plus).
The noise levels were not ideal. There was constant noise coming into the room at late hours. I couldn't figure out the origin, maybe the air conditioning machine, but it made sleep difficult.

Excellent Stay and Central Location

The room had a high decorated ceiling. Room and washroom were clean. Check in was easy and concierge was friendly. The location is great, especially the easy walking distance to the Time Out Market.
Slightly smelly drains are present. I think the pipes need investigation.

I found a large, soft bath towel waiting for me, a nice touch. My check-in was fast. I appreciated that. The hotel felt safe and clean. It's located in a great part of town, so convenient!
I noticed some noise from the corridor, especially when other guests returned late at night, though the street noise wasn't bad.

The location was convenient to public transport. The Santos tram/bus and train stops were very close. I easily took the metro to the airport. A taxi was not needed. The staff was friendly and helpful too.
The room had a bad smell. I think it came from the plumbing. It took a day to get rid of it. The bathroom also wasn't super clean.
